Commercial Water Damage in Downtown Orlando Office Building

Commercial water damage struck this Downtown Orlando administrative building when an interior water line ruptured within the walls. We were asked to mitigate the damages while business went on as usual. It was simple enough to suction up the water with portable wet vacs. It was not so simple to deal with the moisture trapped within the walls where the pipe had burst. There could be issues with wiring and possible mold growth. We used commercial air movers and dehumidifiers to aid in the drying process. We tore out the drywall that was too damaged to save and replaced it after the drying phase was complete.
