Condo in Orlando Is Stormed by Water
The water that entered this first-floor condo after a storm flooded the hallway, but not the entire floor. The laminated floor planks that were saturated could not be salvaged. Our SERVPRO technicians worked hard to remove the water from the hallway and limit the seepage of water into unaffected sections of the manufactured flooring. The Before Photo illustrates our efforts to save the homeowner inconvenience along with some money. The insurance company was also happy to coordinate the task with our SERVPRO of University, SE Orlando franchise. The dehumidifiers, air movers, and axial fans have been removed, and a dry concrete surface is now ready for some new planks.
