SERVPRO did a superior job! I woke at 5 a.m. Sunday to rain coming in 5 rooms of my home. I am getting new construction and my roof was torn off and not protected. I was frantic and these guys put me at ease and did a great job!

SERVPRO was able to respond immediately to a sewage backup flood at our house, to mitigate any further damage, and get it cleaned up quickly and professionally. The crew of workers in our home were very hardworking and respectful of our needs and made sure to seal off the affected portion of our home so we could still use the rest of it without getting sick or dealing with any of the awful smells. The crew leader was very diligent in keeping me updated, and finding out our preferences when specific decisions needed to be made. The work performed was completely within the scope of what our insurance company was willing to pay for, and we came out of pocket nothing except our deductible for the clean-up work.

We are currently having SERVPRO help us with a flood in our home. The team has done a fantastic job! They have been very professional in keeping us informed on why and what they are doing. They put up a plastic barrier to keep contamination from spreading through the rest of our home, and it has really made it so much less stressful for me. We unexpectedly found old water damage inside a wall while doing a renovation to our office. SERVPRO of University promptly came out, sealed off the room, and started an air cleaner. The manager explained the whole process. Our maintenance worker discovered an extensive water and mold issue in one of our vacant condo units caused by a slab leak. Our property manager got a quote from SERVPRO and our board unanimously chose to move forward with them. I came home to a flood in my home after a thunderstorm, called SERVPRO and they came immediately to remove the water from 4 rooms in my home and set fans to dry the rooms. I was very impressed with their speed and knowledge about everything they did. They worked well as a team, friendly and polite. The flooring had to be replaced and the rooms needed a lot of restoration due to the damage. The office staff and work teams were great to work with. From the moment I first contacted them, I was treated with care and concern. We were on vacation and my house sitter noticed the standing water. My initial contact with them was not only via phone but I was in a different time zone. Dee answered the phone and went into action immediately. This was the first time I ever needed to contact this type of service and she guided me through the process. She contacted her folks immediately and got them out there to begin working on the water standing in my house - and kept me informed along the way. They were at the house within about 1.5 hours of my making the initial call.

Our insurance company denied our claim. When they realized that, they were very sympathetic. Instead of waiting for a bill, I asked them to hit me up with an estimate so that I could manage the money situation with my bank. The last day they were here (for clean-up) is the day that I requested the bank transfer. I'm glad they let me work that way because we'd just put the flooring deposit on our credit card and I wasn't ready for them to charge the card the full amount due. Another sign that they get it and are great to work with.

I called you from my brand new hotel at 430 am with a water removal job. The owner actually answered the phone and sound like she had been up prior to my call. She wasn't but answered in a way that made me feel she was awake and alert. My information was taken and she said the crew was being dispatched as we spoke and they would arrive on scene within the hour. The crew arrived as she stated and to work they went. Five days later the job was totally finished with all machines picked up and no residual water left behind. Each day a small crew came into evaluate the need to add or remove dryers and fans. Very professional and knowledgeable. A follow up from the sales dept. was very helpful as well. I will definitely use SERVPRO again. Thanks team for a job well done.

Vern, Susan and their team consistently perform above and beyond expectations. My hot water heater on a platform in the garage had been leaking into the wall without my knowledge and it caused a huge mold issue - they were quick, thorough and professional in the mold remediation process. Their team also managed the reconstruction of a new hot water heater closet after said remediation was finished - right down to matching the custom wood trim on the doors. Fantastic.

This isn’t the first time I’ve had to use SERVPRO for an issue with one of my Orlando rentals. The first time was a busted pipe in my College Park home (what a mess, I must have received videos of hundred of gallons of water!). And the most recent one was at my home in the UCF area where we had another pipe burst. What I appreciate about SERVPRO is the customer service from Dee in the office to Darian who went on-site. They took care of everything for me. I live in San Francisco and they directly dealt with my insurance and even replaced flooring and drywall that had to be removed.
