East Orlando Storm Damage
A poorly placed tarp on the unfinished roof of this dental office in Orlando allowed water to enter and flood the premises. About half of the carpet was soaked and moisture was determined to be present behind some of the walls. The before picture above shows a SERVPRO of University, SE Orlando technician using a wand to extract as much water as possible from the carpeting. Fans were then placed to dry the carpeting. Small holes in strategic areas were drilled into the affected walls to allow us to force air into the walls and dry them out as well. The after shot shows our technician doing a final moisture check after the drying was completed.
